The Tuskegee Airmen

The Tuskegee Airmen was a interesting movie. It was about a U.S government experiment to see if African Americans were set to fly not just in the sky but to fly for the military. Many men in this movie die of stupid and ignorant mistakes but when they do succeed they go out with a band. Even though they are not respected by any of the white pilots or higher officers they push on and fight for what they believe in. During the film the men grow and become more respected by white pilots and At the end the main character is rewarded a medal which had never happened before in the history of the USA military. I Really enjoyed this movie and it made me think about how hard it must have been for those men to fly and how even though i might get frustrated with this i will never have to deal with the struggle that they did.
